Who we are

This website is operated by Orange Panda C.V., Koningin Wilhelminaplein 50, 1062 KS Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 75409380. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

• Contact form. Your name, company or venue, email address and the message you send us.
• Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies: pages you visit, how you got here, device and browser type, an approximate location derived from a shortened IP address.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security providers process your IP address and request data to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it — your consent (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
• To keep the website secure and available — our legitimate interest (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• DigitalOcean — website hosting and the contact form function.
• Resend — delivery of contact form messages by email.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
• Google (Google Analytics) — website statistics, only with consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages: 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract — then as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
• Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google deletes it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use one functional entry to remember your choice. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies; until then no analytics script runs and no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you decline, Google Analytics stops immediately and its cookies are removed. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
